Its weird they want to replace the now discontinued EX600 with an already discontinued model EX700lp (released prior to EX600)

 

Maybe they outta replace them with one of the XBA series.... let say 3?

o well, personally i don't like the XBA series.

But if that's the only iem that they can offer, once i got them i will sell em.

That makes sense, if you don't like them. Maybe they should refund your money saying you're not interested in any of their current models.

haha, so how much u guess they gonna refund to me? 

Yea, if i can't get 7550 or ex1000, i rather get cash back.

That wasn't my experience with them. I dealt with them twice in the past and they were very helpful.

 

They even honored my purchase of EX600 from an eBay seller (not authorized by Sony) for warranty.

Just talk to them nice and explain to them how much it (the similarity in sound signature between the EX600 and EX1000) means for your to listen to music. But if they don't have the 1000 or 7550 in stock, then it's unlikely they will order it from somewhere as the replacement for you. Good luck.

Nothing actually, i asked for the 7550 but they said they dont have it. But they do have EX1000, they can send me this right away if i accept, hell yea ofc i accept.
