Hi i'm new to the forum so i'm not sure if this is the right place or if a headphone site can help with high end 2.1 speakers. Anyway this may or not be a noob question but i have these speakers plugged in to a macbook pro, and random static pops will happen at any time it seams. When i first plugged these in the hard drive that i had sitting on my desk was making a ton of static come through the speakers, i unplugged that and i thought problem solved. I have these plugged in to a power strip with a modem, monitor, lamp, usb hub, macbook charger 65 watts maybe?, lava lamp (lol), another desklamp, and that hard drive's power cord is still plugged in. I'm assuming something is interfering with them. My rig is on a wall to where there is a dryer and washer on the other side of the wall or at least a couple feat from the wall. I don't think it's those because i hear pops even when those aren't running. I also noticed when i shut the bathroom fan off i get a pop, but that only happens twice per day sooooo... yeah. Anything you guys can recommend i will try
thank you
