Just checking in to head-fi after months of absence. Sounds like an awesome meet. Put me down as probable for walking around (no table). I can bring a pair of K-340 oldtimers, one Electrostat and the other Electrostatic. I bought them impulsively after the last meet I attended but have never heard them on a good amp.
 

Parking? On Google Maps I see a 3-story parking facility right next to the hotel. Just checked yelp on the Sofitel. Several yelpers say that parking is free for guests (and visitors?).

I may be coming naked guys, sending my DT880's in for B&W cups, and most likely won't be back in time. If anyone really wants to hear a O2/ODAC I can bring that(PM me if you want to), otherwise I'll be coming naked.
