Problem with choosing IE headphones

Hello everyone, I'm hoping I am in the right section so I just ask :)

I need headphones that will be comfortable for long travels(2-3 hours), but also that will fit for sports(basically Gym), and for bonus that will have a mic.

My budget is about 50$, I can stretch it but not by much, I cant choose because there is so much I'm all confused.

sennheiser mx 680i/mm50i

Brainwavz m5/m4- with mic

akg k328/k350

Ok, after searching a little bit in the web, I am thinking about 2 models:

1) AKG Q350

2) klipsch image s4I

 

my main music I am listening is hip-hop/rap/soul and house music, all my music is from my iPhone 4.
