London UK Meet? - Page 3

+1 for London. Can't wait!

I'd be up for London as well, depending on the date. I could bring my desktop rig consisting of a NFB 5.32 and HE-300 along. My main rig would have to stay back at home given the size.

I would be interested in a London meet if there are any trade tables available to show my wares off.

I'd be up for this too!

I'm moving to Brighton next month so a London meet is definitely something I'd be interested in! I wouldn't have much gear that won't have been seen a hundred times before, but still =P

My gear has until now be portable stuff and I'm now getting interested in building a home rig with some good cans to go with it.

If you can blag any loan equipment from manufacturers that would be good :-)

Hello chaps! Great to see we have some interest in a London meet: I've been waiting on one of these for a while. Let me know if you need any help in organising? I live pretty central (near to Angel) and dependent on numbers it may be possible to host one at mine.

Regards, John

Okay chaps, I've had confirmation from Sennheiser today that they'd be happy to sponsor an event and pay for the hire of a hotel room, sandwiches, etc. Date wise looking at a Saturday towards the end of April, I have provisionally booked in the 27th of April at the moment - I will have a firm date shortly. Location - still being arranged, but will be in Central London, possibly near to Tottenham Court Road - the Mecca of Electronics...

Sennheiser will also bring along a selection of their headphones and hopefully the new amps too for folk to try out. And of course, head-fier's will bring along a selection of their own gear too.smily_headphones1.gif

GSARider,

I organised last years UK Head-Fi Meet in September and am happy to assist with advice and any questions that you may have.

Cheers,

Andy.

P.S. The meet thread is below.

great news! biggrin.gif

27th of April also sounds great as I am off this week so if you need a hand with anything just let me know. wink.gif

When the date is secured it would be good to use our signature to advertise the meet like the previous years..
