Anyway, my experience is going from bad to worse. First they didn't notify me that they shipped my IEM to me (two weeks ago). I was so excited, I checked the tracking code and realized the post office sent it back to them a week ago due to some address errors. Ok, fine could've happened to anyone. I jumped on chat and talked to them last week. They said they'd ship it back to me right when they received it, I told them they should've received it as USPS said it's right on their front door.
I kept checking in and e-mailing no response fo ra week and today they told me they're shipping it out tomorrow. I know he doesn't have to front a second shipping charge, but wait a week just to resend a package? now that's ridiculous.
