Very nice. I'm not buying any electronics in 2013+ without an off switch. I don't care for standby mode either.

Does anyone know when the pre-order period ends? I'm looking to get these for my HD 800.

Previous page in this thread suggests it hasn't been decided yet.

I'm a total Schiithead. I have the Lyr and Bifrost now, but I am waiting on the statement gear till I make my decision to go statement or Gun/Mjol.

I am looking for an amp/dac for my office at work. I really like tubes, so the magni/modi is out.

I think I just found my perfect office unit.

I could just buy the new Schiit gear that I feel is the best and keep the bifrost/lyr for my office, but the footprint is too big.

Sam

I've asked about the difference in sound for the tube options offered, earlier on the thread and have not received a reply as yet.

Jack, someone, please educate us.

New estimated shipping date 2nd week of Feb

Okay...

1) the Senn jack looks amazing with the WA7 (as I thought)

2) Is that...an Acer Iconia W7 (running JRiver?)...? I've been thinking about doing pretty much exactly what you're doing with an Invicta.

i got mine directly from jack because i was also ordering an LCD-2. The price premium of audeze headphones on addictedtoaudio wasn't worth the free express shipping

Does this unit allow tube rolling?

There doesn't seem to be much variety available for rolling from what I can see. My impression of the WA7 was that it is a buy, plug-in and listen type affair and not much beyond that.
