Not a whole lot from the 90's I liked all that much, but In The Aeroplane Over The Sea is godly.

Alice in Chains - Unplugged (my personal favorite of all time)

Nirvana - Unplugged (my second personal favorite of all time)

Temple of the Dog

Or anything coming from Seattle!

 

I have Aeroplane over the Sea on vinyl, and it is easily one of my favorite albums! So bizarre, but so great at the same time.
