I'm using usb dac, but it doesn't come with any softwares.

 

When I'm using xfi sound card, I can tweak the eq so it affects the whole windows.

 

I'm using winamp's eq but I need an equalizer software to make the change all throughout windows

 

 

 

 

Tell me some software for my need please
