I've got a pair of custom-tuned SE530x8 by Unique Melody. The IEMs started as Shures SE530PTH but I sent them to Unique Melody for a driver upgraded and went for the full 8xBA's per channel. From the custom-iem.com page here's what's upgraded :-

se530 add dual low, dual high, dual super high: 4way crossover, dual low, dual mid, dual high, dual super high

 

I wasn't happy with the original tuning and asked for a custom tuning. Please find the before and after FR chart in the pix.

 

Asking for $SOLD + shipping + Paypal fees, I'll include :-

 

1) SE530x8

2) Standard 3.5mm cable

3) Storage case

4) FQ chart

 

[Edit: Please take note that the Cronus cable in Picture #3 is no longer included. The Cronus cable has now been removed from the item list above and the SE530x8 price reduced accordingly].

UM can reshell. I'd recommend contacting Stephen Guo of www.custom-iem.com. He's the UM rep in US. He's provided me very good service in the past.

I've re-ordered the package. Decided to keep the Beat Audio Cronus balanced cable.

 

As such I've dropped the price of the SE530x8 to $600 + shipping + PayPal accordingly.

I would be very interested, but I'm in europe...so reshelling would be complicated I guess. i don't know how to proceed in that case....frown.gif any advice? smily_headphones1.gif

These SE530x8's are somewhat unique from other custo SE530x8s 'cos I had the crossovers tuned to my specifications as you can see from the paperwork. I had the bass and the treble brought a little more forward than the standard SE530x8.
