Alright. Since I heard two headphones are better than one. I'm looking for one open and closed headphone. Will be driving it with D-Zero amp. For closed, I got my target locked on K550(Open for other suggestion). As for open, maybe HD558? Budget remains the same smily_headphones1.gif

Edit: I can get K550 for around US276 (XE currency convert) usual price. biggrin.gif

If I was in your shoes I'd go Grado and audition the RS2i or PS500 or the 225i if you want to save $ for closed cans to compliment. They will give you much pleasure even without amping!

Alright! You remind me of that! K550 + Grado definately a good combination for home set-up! Thanks for the suggestion smily_headphones1.gif

Sadly, I can't audition headphones until maybe next month(February) as I am back to Brunei. There's very little demand in audio equipment here. Mostly using iBuds->iTouch /iNano /iShuffle (hardly classic). At most, Beats. Then for some kids they proclaim"I am a music lover! Beats is da beast!"

Secondly, my trusty headphone store in Singapore are discontinuing some of the great amp, among some of those are D7, P4 & D-Zero. Probably they are bringing in something better biggrin.gif Maybe FiiO? XD

As far as your headgear that is personal.  I am more into Sennheiser's. For the amp I suggest the MP-302 since it is an excellent amp/dac for your computer. It also has worldwide voltage settings so you would not have to worry. And it sounds good with speakers or with headphones. And the price is not very much. Should not be that hard to come by.

Even a fiio amp is hard to come by in my country. And it costs approximately the double of US price
