Modding Westone 4 in the UK??

Hello guys I have a pair of westone 4 which I bought approx 2 years ago but the right side hasnt been in good condition since half a year ago. At times it would give a softer sound than the other side and two days ago it even broke down. Just no sound atm. 

 

Any ideas where I can get it fixed? Would rather get it modded though.... I've done a lil bit of research and realized suggestions about BTG audio in the US. Is it even possible to get my iem to the us and safely get it shipped back?

 

Would really appreaciate any replies :D!

The majority of the shipping services should be able to get it to the US and safely back.  If you still have doubts, place insurance on them through the shipping service, you should get reimbursement if they lose it.  It may cost a bit to ship them though + insurance may be a bit too. Are you sure it's the IEM?  Have you tested another cable?

I havent modded it yet its just westone 4 without the R :( 

cant do anything with the cables....
