DX100 balanced output??

Hi everyone, this is my first time be in Head-Fi forum regular_smile%20.gif

and sorry for my bad English... because I'm from HK and I'm not a good

student in my school life XD

 

Ok, there is something really bothering me...

I saw a DX100 with a balanced output...

It is mod by a HK DIYer and I really don't know is it possible

to do that.

 

So, is there anyone can help me on this??

its possible and you need to replace the 1/4 plug with a hirose plug

I'm pretty sure that this wouldn't be something someone without fairly good electronic knowledge could achieve. As it is, if you want balanced output, it'd be simplest to buy one of the balanced portable amps and use the DX100 as a source for it.
