Where is the "Now Playing" button on the new ITunes?

In the Mac version it's under the Controls menu, but you can also use Cmd + L to go to the currently playing track.

Am using Windows; I clicked on it under "controls" and it does nothing. It simply doesnt work.

 

I tried ctrl+L as well and that doesnt work too.
