I bought these three months ago in my quest for better sound. I decided that the dynamic driver sound isn't for me and have settled with my modified T50RPs, so I'm selling my dynamic phones.
Up first are my Ultrasone HFI-2400 in very good condition. The only thing wrong with them is that there are a couple minor scratches on the metal surfaces. They sound good, just not for me. I mainly used them for electronic music which they excel at, but they weren't shabby at all with hip-hop, progressive rock, and classical. I didn't find them appealing with most types of metal due to their somewhat recessed mids.
At $130 plus shipping to lower 48, these are a steal! I don't have any dealings on Head-Fi yet, but I had plenty of transactions on Arachnoboards under the same username, campj, when we had out critters. I made tarantula deals ranging in price from $30 all the way up to $800, and even lost $500 due to a dead spider... the money was refunded after proof of the death, and the customer was happy. I am certainly NOT out to "get" anyone.
