My pair will be going to a new home in Scotland early next week. Quite pleased due to being Scottish. Nice to let more people listen to this iem and look forward to more impressions.

Korea > Scotland via England. T-Peos very global!

:-)

I have to say tho, you can still find the GR07 MK2's for $150. I find them a much better iem for just $50 more. Maybe u will miss the midbass presence but the gained clarity is a worth wile trade for me. I still compare any iem I buy to the HFI 580's tho. That H200 email needs to hit my mailbox already... 😐

UnitylsPower, i did not have a chance to listen to GR07 Mk2 but what i know H200 can be picky with source from my experience. H200 also loves amping for whatever reason :-D

I will provably stick to just my iPhone 4 for simplicity. I've attempted to do amp/DAC's but It ends up just being a hassle. One thin device and nothing else. I do miss the ability to add/subtract bass/highs, like in the E17. I also desided to leave headphones and stick to iem's, not much need for extra power(amp). My GR07's sound great out of my i4.

yeah, i never liked iPhone 4 or iPod presentation but this is just me.

why not look for a dedicated DAP, i see Fiio X3 is out and some people are excited, can be better than iPhone4.

I would then have to carry two devices. The X3 looks sweet tho.

Something like the vmoda vamp might work but still a bit too thick.

unityispower I've used the hfi780 .. and i think ull be really happy with the h-200 . 780 did have more bass .. but this is a much cleaner sound, treble is not as bright/harsh.. very balanced .. I think id recomend this to someone whos coming from the ultrasone family bigsmile_face.gif

i did a cowon d2+ pairing yesterday and i really liked it. with my macbook air directly its all over the place. can be picky like gintaras said. but with a good source it will get better.

Excellent

*sfwalcer 😏

I really liked both the 580 and 780.

Toxic... Do u have an iPhone 4 to try it on? Have you used GR07v/BE?

UnityisPower, I have the DJ1 which is essentially a HFI580 with a different look. You will not be disappointed with the H-200. I find the H-200 more balanced than the ultrasone.

^ had both. Liked the DJ1 paint job more smily_headphones1.gif here is a photo with my old iPhone 3G. Also one with a E17. EQ Treble reducer on iPhone 4 worked nicely. I would leave the bass as is or up 2 steps and down the treble 1 step on the E17. Didn't touch EQ on the iPhone 3G(when used by itself). Old pics.

Those ultrasone are epic!

Had those before I reluctantly gave them to my mate who never have them back.
