I actually never favored the BA200 for classical. The resolution was fine and so was the extension and the general timbre was good, but the presentation just wasn't as well suited to symphonic music as I would have liked. Hope you get what you're looking for here.

Sadly in my situation, the ba200 offers the best package compared to my other iems (rezero, Philips she3590, monster turbine pearl).

I don't have the BA200 but I do prefer my RE400 over the H-200 for classical symphonies.  RE400's instrument timbre and imaging sounded a lot more correct to me on the AK120.  I like the H-200 for pop/rock/metal over the RE400.  YMMV.

H-200 isn't the best for classical musics. They need more mids and better imaging to sound good with classical.

I just finished reading your review on H200. Is the soundstage really that lacking?

Slightly forward is how I'd put it. As for the mids, if you have the Viper4Android, that can be improved very easily. Just contact Joe Bloggs. biggrin.gif

It's not really bad, just not the major selling point of this iem. It's average. Some iems at it's price range has better sound stage(like TF10 and MDR 7550), but I've seen worse.

Too bad I missed the time period when tf10 was under $200. :D

Ahh, Black Friday sales. I had a few pairs from then. Gave them away already, of course.

Lol. I'm burning in my H-200 for addition 20hrs to see if the peak tames down.

Also, I'm really tempted to buy the TF10 or MDR 7550. Damn. Anyone willing to trade for my H-200?biggrin.gif

What do you guys recommend more? TF10 or 7550?

Not anymore I think since the TF10s went out of production. I bought them on Black Friday 4 years ago.

I believe everyone should try the TF10s at least once, but the recessed mids are true. A good cable will improve them, but not fix it entire. I'm still waiting on my Lune cables.

I might buy this in the future. The replaceable cable is the selling point for me here. Currently considering buying square trade insurance for my ba200... The cable is giving me nightmares....
