Need help on opening the pico dac/amp

0.035" allen/hex

 

if thats preventing you from opening it, you can still take it apart.  just remove the back panel, and remove the screws on the front panel, and then push the circuit board assembly out of the box.

Thanks Justin. I opened it and took out the battery and now it's functioning via AC. Are you still selling the battery?
