SMALL amp that beats FiiO E06

I have an E06 and I'm looking to buy a small amp that can surpass it in the $150 dollar range. I'm looking for a fairly neutral amp but I can tolerate something that has a bit edgier highs. My main complaint is the hiss with the FiiO at higher volumes. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I will not turn down higher cost amps if it completely blows away the FiiO as long as it is has about the same size.

I've never seen anyone (besides Fiio) else make a headphone amplifier as small as the Fiio E6.

Xin Feng made a pretty small one that I could never get a hold of, RSA makes a pretty small one. They are out there, I'm wondering if there are things in the 150 range with a similar size and better SQ.

Xin supermicro would probably be a nightmare to find, i would suggest The GoVibe Petite or the MiniBox amp.
