Ahh I wish I could've gone! I'd love to do nothing but geek out on head gear for a few hours, a place where we all get each other and dont think a $500 cable is too insane :p Btw, that facebook "link" takes me into some bizarre email thing..

500 cable?....wow....lol I think pappa would say real audiophilles make theres....lol'

The great thing is that the meeting locations rotate to North and South locations -- and elsewhere around the Sound.  If the current location wasn't nearby, then one of the future ones probably will be. Thanks Big Poppa!

Also, is totally reasonable to reach out to share rides before the event!

It is so much not real audiophiles, just someone who can make a cable. To me, I can make a few cables, lucky I guess? Planning a really nice build with Oyaide P/C 004's or maybe some P/C 079's yeah they are 500 cables lol. Just in parts...... But to go this far I would sent them to get cryo'd, before and after the build.... Wishful thinking? Dressed up in techflex... maybe...depends on the shielding...... May not have to?? I make cables pretty frequently, have a bag full of them. SPC with rhodium connectors, some with silver, gold connectors, silver cable, with rhodium. Then the power cables..... Senn cables, mini cables...etc. I do this for my enjoyment only, yes I have had a few taken, just part of it. A buddy tells me, "man I need this" can't really decline.
