Just bought a jar of this at the grocery store: Baconnaise!

When they invent a soy product which genuinely tastes like bacon, with NONE of the downsides, I fully expect the inventor to sprout wings and begin orbiting the earth.   :D

And if they don't manage to do this, they'll be able to pay a group of aerospace engineers to design and build a contraption to allow them to do this since they will likely become the richest person on the face of the earth.

Yech. I don't mind putting maple syrup on my bacon, but generally sweet, sugary stuff doesn't sound to me like a winning combination with meat of any kind.
