I need to get a pair of super comfortable, great isolating headphones that I can take around in a car or in a noisy environment. I listen to all genres of music and I don't like any forward or excessive bass or trebles. I really don't want recession in the mids or too much bass or treble. Also, good soundstage and good imaging are a big deal to me. As far as home use, I have a FiiO E17/E9K DAC AMP, and for portable, I use the FiiO E17. Which of these two headphones is better for this. ALSO: I am very open to other recommendations as these are the only two that caught my eyes while I was looking for $300-$500 headphones.

Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro (80 or 250 ohm version) vs. Denon AH-D600's
Gear mentioned in this thread:
Currently I'm playing around with a pair of DT 770 Pro 80s and while
the sound is of course superior I'm not sure if comfort and noise
isolation are its strong points. Comfort wise I'd say they're average, they
probobly wont start hurting your head for awhile but at the same time
you're not going to say "ahhh these headphones are so comfortable".
Noise isolation wise I have the open DTs so maybe it would be better
if you had a closed back, but currently I see them as around average
for noise isolation.
With that being said the DTs can isolate noise in how loud they can
get. At full volume with an amp these things can be used as speakers
As for sound quality DTs might be seen as a tad bass heavy, and there
are also some reviewers that claim the mids are recessed between
500-900Hz.
So based upon what you are wanting I don't think Open DT 770 pro 80s
would fit the bill. With that being said I can't speak for the 250s or
for the Denon AH-D600.

The DT770 is not open, regardless of its impedance. Are you referring to the DT990 Pro, or some DIY modified headphones ?
By the way, the 250 Ω DT770 Pro I have does not have that much bass, although it does have somewhat boosted (even at 20 Hz) sub-bass.
