For Sale or Trade:
HM-601 (the fat version)-final price drop

Will Ship To: Anywhere

Up for sale/trade my hm-601, 8 GB edition. I bought it from head-direct about 2 years ago(6/4/2011). I used it for 6-8 months overall on weekly basis along side my ipod and walkman and than I end up buying Rocoo BA and use that as my main on the go gear.

For screen protection I used a wide sticky tap. I tried to take it off but it is well stuck to the screen, I can try to take it off but I know it will be a hard process.

Condition:I would rate the condition 7/10. Please refer to the picture and decide for yourself

Battery life:  After upgrading the firmware I end up noticing that the battery indicator keeps on showing that the unit is running out of battery after a full charging session. Initially I thought it might be the end of battery life and I end up contacting hifiman for battery replacement.
I decided to let the unit run and see if it is in fact the batteries end of life cycle. To my superize the battery lasted long after the screen indicator became zero. So i realized it was the firmware issue not the battery. I end up going to the old firmware and now the battery indicator works fine. The batter life after a full charge is 6-8 hours.

I am looking to trade this with a 32 GB F series or 64 GB F series and cash on my behalf. I am looking to sell this for xxxAUD excluding paypal and postage and handling.

Accessories: It comes with everything that came with the box.

Welcome other trading offers :-)

Important update for my future buyers:

Upon sending my unit to its new owner the buyer informed me that the reason why I had placed the sticky tape on the screen is to keep the screen which has came loss over one year ago in-take. Sadly I have forgotten about this issue since I did not use this unit for well over one year due to having obtained multiple other DAP.

As a result I misinformed the buyer unwillingly and as requested by the buyer I refunded a portion of the money to the buyer (I sold the unit $115+5 shipping and I refunded $20).
I felt this is important for the future customers to know this as I do not want to come across as dishonest. I always try to provide as much information as I can for the products I am selling, and sadly sometimes I forget critical things simply because I have too much gears and I dont get to use them as often as I like.

Cheers
