I bought this Millett MiniMAX here a while ago.  It is in perfect working and cosmetic condition but I am not using it as much as I thought I would.  

 

The builder used Elna Cerafine Capacitors, Kimber TCSS copper in Teflon wiring, Kiwame resistors, Cardas rhodium over silver RCAs, very good quality work!

 

 

Includeded:

 

- 12FM6 Philco branded valves.

 

- 12AE6A, Raythion branded NOS tubes.

 

- Calibration tool for tube biasing.

 

- AC power supply.

The back says 24VAC is this for running on 110?

Yup, it comes with a standard 120VAC wall-wart with an output of 24VAC@750mA.  The Millet has an on-board stabilized power supply.

 

Also, there is a delay after powering up to protect the headphones and let the tubes heat up.  I haven't seen this on other tube amps.  I suppose it's necessary.
