Don't know where to post this, but I guess this is the best place. As it said in the title, Russia has abolished usage of DST it its country, so the time stamp of posts here are all wrong, early by one hour than local time. It doesn't give me that huge of a problem, just find it itsy bitsy annoying, and informing you guys about it. So it should be +4 GMT rather than +3 GMT.
