I lost the 3.5mm -> 1/4" adapter that came with my ATH-AD700's so I'm looking for a new one. I see some for sale with bad reviews, so I'm not sure which to get. Is there a discernable quality difference based on the material used? Any recommendations?
On a side note the 3.5mm jack got bent. We tried to bend it back to where it is supposed to be, but when plugged into say an iPod, the headphones only play if the jack is in a certain position. I don't know much about replacing jacks or cables on headphones, so I was hoping that I could at least use them with a 1/4 adapter since I'm wondering if they would be more forgiving with the 3.5mm jack being slightly bent in comparison to a music player's sensors.
