The G2 is by far ahead of all the other “CUTE” CLASS A tube headphone amps from China (Bravo, Muse, etc.).Many of the shortcomings of these other amps are improved, such as, thicker PCB with improved etches, IRF510 output FETS for improved highs, 6/12 series tube jumper for tube rolling, and others, were improved with the G2, which “was” considered the best of the best. Google Indeed G2 and see them.

An improved power relay that engages the phones after the amp power is steady
Loudness button for higher bass and treble. This facilitates listening at lower levels. The button can be seen next to the volume pot.
A 2 amp power supply that will not run out of headroom.
In addition, I made some further enhancements that can be seen in the pictures.
I opened holes next to the tube so that bias adjustments, and switching between 6 and 12 series tubes can be done without removing the top acrylic plate. This also provides more heat venting.
On the bottom of the PCB I added 2 22K resistors parallel to the cathode resistors so that there is more range for adjusting the bias. The stock setup did not allow adjusting the bias voltage above 13 volts for 12 series. The tried and true values for bias voltages are 13V for 6 and 13.5V for 12. Also you can see where I soldered thick, solid wires to the PCB and ran them to the edge of the PCB. ALL OF THESE MODS MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO TUBE ROLL WITHOUT REMOVING ANYTHING EXCEPT THE TUBE!!!
A 6922 tube is plugged in the amp and a 12AU7 is included so you can start tube rolling now.
Why am I selling it? The “SORRY YOUR WALLET” bug has hit me. This amp is a great way to get started in tubes. The sound out performs many more $$ amps. I have tested it with 32 ohm Grados and 600 ohm AKG 240 Sextett (which are quite hungry).
