AKG Q46 Quincy Jones

How are these? I'm looking for another pair of full size cans(although these would be considered portable cans) and these look pretty good. They're at about a $99 price.

 

The only other pair of cans I have is the Grados SR60i, and I freakin' LOVE these headphones. From day one I fell in love them, and I haven't even modded them yet. But now I'm looking for a more portable pair, and it looks like these Q46's are a closed pair. Or "closed'ish). Plus I dig the single sided detachable cable along with the integrated smartphone controls.

 

I'm mainly a jazz listener, will I be as happy with these as I am with my Grado's?
