Please recommend a suitable amp for LCD-3.Thanks!!!

Hi

I really really really want to find a suitable amp for LCD-3.My budget is about $2500.I'considering GS-X and WA22 with tubes upgrade,I'm confused about them.Could someone give me some suggestions?and some other amps recommend?Thank you very much!

Hi

Thank you for your suggestion,but as you know,liquid fire is too expensive,about $3500.I'm very sorry I can;t afford it.In addition,liquid fire stopped production several months ago.

I've seen a couple of LF rigs up for sale here recently.  That should get you within your price range.  Well worth it if you find one.

 

There's a LF 2 production scheduled up next, trading places with the LL production run, if I understood right.

 

But you can afford an LCD-3?  Hmmmm...  You do realize that your system fidelity will be determined by its weakest link?

He doesn't need a Cavali Liquid Fire though. He could settle on a WA22 which would be amazing.. Would Beat's sound good with a WA22? No, the WA22 couldn't make them sound amazing.

Burson soloist for less than 1k, buy a separate dac for them and you are good to go. It will drive almost anything.
