You have a very solid soundcard already, the best of its PCI series.
The X-Fi Titanium HD has a very high quality DAC, better than the X-Fi Platinum, Recon3D cards and Z series cards, and it's not much of a problem regarding the headphone output since that way the whole system gets modular, allowing for much easier customization.
