Recommendation for sub-$30 IEM's?

I've been using my RP-HJE120's for almost two years now and they're falling apart.I'm looking for a replacement, something in the sub-$30 range. 

 

I've done some reading here and it seems like the popular choices are: Monoprice 8320, MEElectronics M6/M9, Philips SHE3580

 

However I've had a hard time figuring out which one is the definitive "best" out of these. Are there any others I should consider?

Sony MH1C, the best in the range hands down. If you like bass, instrument seperation and a fun type of signature, you will love em.

Wow, that looks like quite the steal.

 

Having trouble finding a place to buy it though (besides ebay).
