Zen CMoy, the Film Case Size Headphone Amplifier

I made Chu Moy's Amplifier into the Film Case with battery.

Very cool! 

 

You could probably save a little space, and neaten things up with careful use of SMT resistors if nothing else. 

 

And bonus points for shooting Tri-X.

I have SOIC parts. I will try SOIC version.

I wonder if a common camera battery (the flat 3.7V kind) would be doable.

When I want to turn off, the cap of case to open.

 

The battery and the circuit is not directly connect to.

Circuit is connected by tension of the cap.
