Heya,
Little Dot MK II
NFB 12.1
Fiio E9
JDS Labs Objective 2
Schiit Asgard (slightly over budget, but worth looking into)
Matrix M-Stage
Very best,
so the e11 would not suffice?

The Fiio E11 can drive 300-Ohm headphones like the HD650, but a little more "beefy"(?) desktop amp might bring out it's best.
ok so ive changed my mind ive decided on getting the HE-400 sorry to ask this again but would the e11 be good cause i could get a e9 would it make a big difference?
the e9 will drive your he400 well, but not the best
