thanks for ur reply H2O

I've had mine over a year now, it's been on loan periods to Hawaii and around Australia so it's done a few hours.

Can't say it sounds much different honestly, maybe a little smoother but I'd be lying to say I noticed anything obvious. Nothing wrong with giving it 50-100 hours, maybe you can hear something.

agree with H20, C3 surprisingly does not require burn in, i would say if there are changes they are fairly subtle. however BH amp needs some 20 hours.

Thought I'd share some pictures of this cool little aluminum mini breif case I purchased which C3 fits nicely inside. The inside is lined with felt, and it has working clips to lock he case. C3 fits inside nicely for storage. I will say I only ordered one and was sent two, whether or not that's an every order occurrence I cannot say.

I can just use the fiio e11 metal case - the c3 fits perfectly inside

But it doesn't look as stylish, nor have a little handle you can carry it by. :)

LOL Really? Tell me a situation in which you're walking around with the C3 in this case and holding it by the handle? I can imagine it now - you with a nice suit walking to a meeting and carrying this case with your pinky finger raised to look even more stylish

When I rock up to the next meet with that in my hand, yours in the E11 case, I know who's going to pull the most chicks. ;)

Let's have the battle of the cases.

Really? It's nothing special - just the E11's case but the C3 fits nicely inside and as an added bonus the place were the E11's volume pot sits makes it easy to use your thumb and get the C3 out.

Oh...haha...really? the stock E11 box?

Very eye catching, Kova.

*pat* *pat*

I guess it's the thought that counts. ;)

LOL sorry but I just snapped some quick photos with my phone and because of the custom firmware the autofocus is all messed up. I didn't know I have to make a professional photo session of the c3 in that case. :p

Well, that's something to keep the C3 from collecting dust and scratches from my cat when not in use. It's not like I'll be carrying around the C3 in a separate case.

And I can guarantee you that if H20 and I meet in a bar walking around with these cases in our hands only a very nerdy chick will be impressed by a guy walking around with a miniature briefcase with a player inside.

Oh, but H20's case does the same job, does it not? I'm sure it prevents the C3 from collecting dust, and scratches from his many girlfriends that he picked up from the bar...with that case. ;) It won't be the case that picks up the chicks, it'll be what's inside!

And, Kova...how many chicks will you be picking up with that case? :p

EDIT: I didn't see it happen, but congrats on the Headphoneus Surpremus tag!

I can tell you in advance that none of us will get any chicks if we walk around in a bar with cases with c3 inside and actually start explaining to the girls what's inside. The only bonus of us carrying the c3 to the bar will be that we'll have some nice tunes for the way home coz we'll be drunk and alone.

Yeah, thanks. Now whatever nonsense I say is way more plausible just because of that title.
