klipsch s4i vs sony xba-1 vs beats tour

I'm looking for some new in ear headphones for under 100 dollars. The above listed are the ones that have risen to the top in my searching so far (I have also considered monster turbines and Phiatons so those are up for discussion as well). Right now I am leaning toward the klipsch just by what I have read online (for obvious reason radio shack and best buy dont let u try them on). I want advice on which one of these will sound the best. I like heavy bass (thats why the beats are appealing) but I also listen to a lot of rock/metal core in addition to rap and hip hop. So which of these will give great bass, but also have clear mids and highs? build quality and sound isolation aren't really that important. Please only post if you have had experience with two or more of these. thx

I guess you might like the S4i if you like a lot of bass but S4 doesn't really have great mids or highs.

 

Beats are overpriced and generally are not worth it. I doubt you'd want the XBA1 if you want a lot of bass (dont really know much about it but balanced armatures generally don't have LOTS! of bass).

thx. thats surprising, ur the first person to say that the s4 doesnt have great mids and highs.

If you're looking at amazon reviews/CNETor something like that its going to be biased. Most people using the S4 have never heard anything better. Its not that the highs and mids are bad, but they aren't the S4's strength. From memory, the mids are overshadowed by the bass.
