Upgrading from HD202s to M50s

Ok so I got a new subwoofer and my HD202s seem empty now so I'm seriously considering upgrading to the ATH- M50s. But I want to know if I will notice a difference in sound quality and in bass soooooo... Has anyone had both and can help me? Thanks in advance

Nevermind the M50.

 

Look into:

 

Ultrasone HFI 580

M-Audio Q40

Hi the Q40s do look good but there is the slight problem of getting them in New Zealand (where i live)
