Wow, very nice Alex!

Thanks a lot for putting together this meet.

Exciting!

We going to have enough places to plug everything in?

Yeah, thanks for making this happen.

Speaking of plugging things in... I guess we should try to bring some power strips and/or extension cables (?).

There are 4 double outlets in the room and another just outside the door in the hall. I am told they are on 20Amp circuits. If needed I may be able to access a couple more outlets in offices, outside on the veranda or the main dinning room. I know we'll have a lot of gear but none of this stuff draws huge amount of juice so I think the 5 outlets will be ok.

Yes, if you have them bring extension cords & power strips, they will be needed. Danny has a pile o' cords and strips  he's offered to bring.

I forgot to mention it but I trade a guy some tubes for a monster power conditioner it's called a hts 5100 mkii and has 10 filtered/regulated outlets on the back. Anyone who is sitting in power cord reach of it is welcome to use it.

Any idea of the dimensions of the room to get an idea of how many 8' tables we will be able to have?

Also, do you need help in setting the tables up or is the club doing that for us?

The room is about 40'X20', I originally thought it was wider. We should be be able to place 12 tables which will give us plenty of room.

The club will set up the room, I'll work with them Saturday.

I will be selling my Schiit Modi and Magni, if you could add those to the for sale listing.

They are really remarkable for the price, but to me the Bifrost and Asgard are just that little bit better.

I have the following items that I can bring to the meet to sell if anyone is interested. Please PM me if you are interested in seeing any of the items and I will be sure to bring it along. I will not plan to bring the heavier items unless someone PMs me regarding a possible interest in seeing them. Alex, feel free to add them to the "for sale" list if you like.

McIntosh MAC 1700 receiver with the tube tuner section with original wood cabinet

I will attest to the quality of Danny's Mcintosh stuff. Especially the 1900. Great with Klipsch speakers and really sweet with the LCD's. it has a great headphone section. I realy, really thought hard about that one.The Singlepower is really nice too.

For you analog buffs I'm going let go of either if not both of my reel to reels to finance my next headphone purchase. If anyone is interested let me know.

Pioneer RT-909
Akai 1730 D-SS 4 channel surround deck with some really cool old JVC 4 channel headphones.

For the budget minded I also had a sennheiser HD 590 with a Stefan Arts Equinox cable I never listen to.

Since it now appears money will be quite tight for me around the time of the meet, anyone here open to trading? The only thing I may be willing to part with (possibly) is the Sony XB1000. Though I do grow more fond of them as the days go by...
