Fiio E7 - audio doesn't work on one side. Common issue?

Well I've only had it for a few months.  Barley even home to use it.  The audio doesn't work on one side of my headphone on either port.  Is this a common problem?  Anything I can do to fix it?  If not, it's going in the trash. ;/

Don't have that kind of screwdriver to open it at the moment.

You are posting in the wrong forum to get any response. The portable amp forum will be a much better place for question on FiiO.

Anyway, before it goes into the trash, plug and remove a headphone plug into the AUX jack a few times. Connect it to the PC and see it helps.
