Looks like you had better just go ahead and set aside all of it. tongue.gif

I wonder what amboyna burl face plates for the amp will cost...

Seriously - That would be a killer feature! Order your Tzar and Rendition 1 together and get matching face plates! beerchug.gif

What is the difference between built-in impedance, and using an impedance adapter? Many have said that there is little to no difference between an er4p + 75ohm adapter and the er4s.

it looks great !

The Tzar 350 and the Tzar 90 will come with burl as the standard face plate.

The Tzar 350+ and the Tzar 90+ will come with:

1) Three choices of face plates:

A)  Standard Burl

B)  Buckey Burl

C)  Black Mamba

2)  Magnus 1 cable

3)  "Wizard" ingrave

4) personalized case

The + is a premium package just as the Ai + products and all of them are shipped directly from Chengdu China.

Less than $300, perhaps around $279. Subject to change, of course. I don't have the final say on pricing decisions so don't quote me, but last time pricing was discussed this is where we at.

Is it possible to tell us why you guys decided to make a portable amp? With so many portable amps out there now, what makes the rendition one unique? Besides the fact that it'll most likely be tuned to compliment heir iems.

No to your question, and as makeing it "impossible" really when considering the Tzar products you need to also be considering your source/DAP/AMP etc.

What makes the Rendition 1 so unique?

A) It is not an Out Sourced amp, it is designed "in house" by us a company that builds CIEM/IEMs etc

B) It is assembled "in house" as well

Historically speaking I know of no other IEM/CIEM company that has done that

C) It is tuned to compliment Heir IEMs

Specifically the TZAR series or the 4.Ai, 8A etc? Thank you.

@Wizard

Sorry for being so nosey but I have to ask. Could we get some more information regarding the amp please. What I would like to know, and I'm sure many others, is what type of op amp was utilized, the power output, the output impedance, battery life time, and maybe even a little background on the people you hired to implement this amp.

Man, you guys opened up a can of worms with the pic of an amp rolleyes.gif

Even though I'm sure the amp is lovely, I want the 350's. When will be the earliest we can preorder? In other words....

Yes! Very interested in when pre-ordering starts L3000.gif

All of them, as it maintains the "spirit" of what we try to achieve, each head phone. (clarity, even if bass is present)

We can take pre-orders now and process them manually, but the website should be updated within the next day or so to include the Tzar 90 and 350.
