Hey guys,
I ended up breaking my onboard headphone-out jack when I fell asleep on my laptop. Woke up to a bent input and the ground spring stuck in the jack.
There are also microphone-in and s/pdif-out jacks on the board, would it be possible to just switch them out to replace the broken headphone-in jack? To my understanding, the only difference is the circuitry as to how the operate, but the jacks are identical? Am I correct on this assumption? If swappable, it definitely beats spending $20 on a new daughterboard or trying to locate another identical jack.
