+1. They're very light and comfortable. Seems like they would be perfect for running.

Please kindly comment on their isolation ability. If possible, please compare their isolation with some other well known BA IEMs (such as those that have been measured by Innerfidelity). Thank you in advance!

Well that's gonna be kinda hard considering these aren't BA, they are Micro-Dynamics.
And Micro-Dynamics usually have good - very good isolation.
Isolation is excellent for a dynamic iem, its housing is quite small it's ety like when using tri flange and above average when using single flange tips. Better then a151, equal with x10, better than gr06. It can go really deep in your ears I think isolation won't be a problem.

Thanks so much for your comment.
Isolation of X10 is -31db broadband (very good). If VC02 can isolate as much as X10 with triple flange, then I will probably go with them (I was thinking about getting VC1000s for plane/bus, but those are ~$70 more expensive). Do VC02s come with triple flanges as stock.
I know these are micro dynamic drivers. Do they have tiny vents? If you block those vents, do you get more isolation? I understand that blocking vents are not recommended (as they release pressure), but I am just curious if vents compromise isolation or not.

I have all those IEMs you mentioned and all of them isolate well and never had a problem . So in terms of isolation its a toss between the three (x10, VC1000, and VC02), It will all depends on your personal preference. But if you'll ask me about the sound quality, VC1000 is the winner and in terms of value , VC02 win by a large margin.

Thanks so much for your comment.

Welcome bro, unfortunately vc02's doesn't have a triple flange included, I'm using hisound popo's mini triple flange for maximum isolation in super noisy environments. In normal us I often use the medium sized hybrids (deeply inserted) because they isolate enough for me (I can hardly hear outside noise) great isolation indeed.
Nope vc02's doesn't have any vents. :)

vc02 is overpriced. $50 is too much for such an IEM. I remember I got them for $41 and that price was good then, but now you can buy sony xba-1 for $30 from amazon or ebay. I don't think vc02 can compete with xba-1.

I don't know about that - I have both the XBA-1IP and the VC02 - in my opinion, the XBA can't hold a candle to the VC02 - the single BA just seems to me to be very friendly, but nothing stands out as a strength. The highs and the lows seem rolled off and the rest bored the hell out of me. The VC02 with large Complys - hits so much harder than the Sony - now it needs more power to get good volume - but the sound (to me) is so much more lively. Coming from the TF10 and the IE8, the VC02 was so opposite of the U or V shaped sound I was used to - Going back to one of those after listening to the VC02, I understand what the term "veiled" meant. The XBA-1IP sounds detached from the music - there is something between the recording and me - I don't hear that with the VC02.
