Did you send it with tracking?

I sent my USPS Express Mail with tracking 4 weeks ago and still do not know if it has been received.

This really is crazy. Another vendor has me send to the east coast and they send me a replacement. Total time maybe 7 to 10 days.

If you have tracking why have you not followed up with it and requested hisound to follow up themselves with the tracking number you give them? There is really no excuse for it taking that long if its express. Must mean it's stuck in customs and hisound needs to go down there and pick it up. This was the case with mp4nation. If the item isn't picked up in that case they reject it and it goes back to the sender. Everyone needs to understand that it is illegal to send these devices over to China and probably even ship them out of China due to the battery laws. This is a big problem more than ever now as they are really enforcing it besides using DHL to my knowledge. That also goes for other countries like Japan, etc. Even my AK120 was labeled as having a battery in it so they had to go through hoops to ship to me. I think that was delivered by DHL as well?

I have had a few PMs with Jack but have not heard if they were able to pick it up.

Interesting on the battery issue. How could a company even do business with installed battary.?

Use DHL it seems. I'm guessing they are really pressing hard to enforce the rules in that regards so.

There's been a major crack down shipping items containing batterys, everything is being x rayed individually which takes lots and LOTS of time. I would suggest anyone with a missing package (that contains a battery) expect to be held up at customs for checking. I recently ordered a player from Hong Kong which took 26 DAYS to even leave Hong Kong airport for it's destination, and I am utterly ......upset? about the situation.

I have notice it was shipped back. Hopefully the battery delays won't cause too much delay.

The return is labeled "Unclaimed." Speaking with Jack at Hisound now about the details, etc.

good news! I know how it feels to have a lost package($500 grados) that has been considered a loss and have it returned after a month in a half. BTW, this was here in the states not in China!

Anyhow, good luck bro. I hope all goes well this time around!

Usually means it never got delivered. At least you now know it didn't get lost at HiSound and can stop calling them names and try to get it sorted. Also wish you good luck with the shipping.

Should I? Does them sending me faulty players not count for name calling? :p

I just hope they receive the broken unit and send me something that works for longer than a few months.

Certainly up to you.  I find folks more helpful when treated with respest and tend to push back when confronted.

I've been around long enough to know to practice the same principle. Hisound is a different story though and I doubt you know all the details. However, I'm not interested in hashing the past out per member that questions what has been going on between me and Hisound. Suffice it to say we're communicating normally and the package is on it's way to China again. Thanks for the concern ;)

Hope it all goes well.:normal_smile :

Treal I really hope you took the battery out of the device this time around.... I'm pretty sure it will get stuck in customs again if not and this will be something hisound will have to deal with at that point. You need to press that issue with them that now China is heavily cracking down on the importation of batteries. I think this could have all been avoided if there was tracking infor for one. But also if hisound kept contact with the carriers and went down to sign for the package. But maybe there is fees to release such a package? I don't know?
