I wanna recommend the Audio Technica ATH-A900X or, if a flagship, the ATH-W1000X...

I really, really like them.

I'm just happy something as complete as this exists, the work you have done is absolutely incredible. I have a lot of respect for your amazing dedication to the hobby and drive to create this helpful and time saving guide. Kudo's David!

I would definitely like to hear the W1000X especially.

I will probably listen to them at meets soon, but I don't know if I'm going to add them to the review at this time.

It's certainly a great one, and a top value in my opinion.

Thanks! I appreciate it:) But I really don't mind the requests, it doesn't offend, but I won't be able to go much further without selling off some gear (which probably will happen at some point soon)

Probably not, but I've been eyeing the K812.  I don't know if I'm going to continue the thread though after this year.  I don't want to spend any more $ haha

Hey, David, I'm still willing to give up my Paradox for a bit for your own pleasure(and reviewing:tongue_smile:) :)

Yeah, I think that is really a good idea. If someone can let him borrow his or her headphone to review, after the review he or she can take it back then we are all happy. David can continue his review without spending too much money is the great thing and we still have the updated review every season. +1.

I was able to attend the NY meet briefly yesterday.  I didn't get to spend much time, but my impression of the Alpha Dog was that it was incredible for the price.  I would like to one day include it in the review.  It was very R10-like.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm going to find one to try.

This comment has just led to an ordering backlog for Mr Speakers & his Alpha Dogs. :))

I was a part of the Alpha Dog tour and I too think it's a good headphone for the price. For my sonic preferences, I like it more than the LCD-2.2, and it has the isolation benefits being a closed-back headphone.
