I just got my pair and can't really believe my ears!

convinced me enough to start an appreciation thread for these while they have a 50-100 hours burn-in!

Lately all the gossip has been happening in Clieos thread below :

http://www.head-fi.org/t/632892/review-sony-mh1-the-best-kept-secret/270#post_8825690

but i thought there are already many head-fiers who got their hands on them and waiting to type up their impressions!!

Thanks Clieos for finding such diamonds in the rough!!

the build on them are just superb aren't they ?

i only find the suction to be kinda annoying with the stock tips but the isolation is near perfect .. not too much not too less ..

I guess the suction is necessary for subbass performance...

If it only says sony with no logo then congratulations. you have the new version (mh1c) in white.
where'd you find it?
The white ones I saw were the old ones (mh1 with ericson logo)

@joe

did you try amping these ? any noticeable difference ?

clieos said they dont require amping, someone else said these shine once amped ..

so far this is the perfect signature for me ...i have no complains .. i prefer it over higher end sets like the gh-erc-dms which is brainwavz b2 clone .

and the shure se 535 ..

I know I don't have mine yet but are they really so good that it needs 3 threads already.

yes! i've packed and kept back my shures and the b2 clones already .. mine finished around 75 hours of burn in..

these have the sweetest sound with an awesome bass! so easy on the ears ..

amp them and you get magic!!

Which phones do the buttons work with? and what about the MH1?

the mh1 is not compatible with idevices...
