hey thanks a ton for all your comments and suggestions, ive cleared it up with him, so everytime i see him we just grin, i just told him, well if you love your beats then i guess thats fine

Now that its cleared why dont you demo your cans to him?

 

Make a special point to tell him what to listen for, say "Bass quantity is not audio quality" and listen to the soundstage, imaging or texture or intimacy in this song. 

 

Should convert him in a much more subtle way :)
