Best Headphones for under 350

Hi I'm looking for some headphones until 350. The type of music I usually listen to is rock \ pop .. the headphones that I have referenced are the philips fidelio X1 \ L1, sennheiser Momentum and new Sony's MDR .. what do you guys recommend?

I tried the Sony Fidelio X1's, to my ears the Momentum's were better, can't comment on the others.

Does this mean you listened to the Sony MDR? the X1? or the MDR and X1s? Just curious because this sounds like you listened to none of the phones the OP listed.

 

A comparison between the L1 and X1 would be nice.
