The little headphone that could...

Too bad that Martin Logan gave up so soon on their headphone line.   Maybe if they see this thread they will get the courage to try again.

Something is very wrong with these Mikros90 headphones...

First day usage they simply NOT Supposed to sound this dam good!

Martin Logan is big enough to simply write off the Mikros 90 as a loss and move on.

My concern is with the loss to the Head-Fi community.  These headphones have the makings of a true "Classic" with longevity and a fiercely faithful following.  They warrant a widespread distribution/audition.  Let the many [satisfied] customers govern the fate of this truly fine offering.

Give them some more hours and they will shatter your present expectations.

Maxx, THANK YOU(!) for the driver mod.  I may try it on (one of) my other pair(s) and do comparisons.  My question would be: how is the [stock] midbass presentation affected?

Welcome aboard the Mikros 90 EXPRESS!!!

Yeah, they are big enough, but they obviously wanted to make even more profits when they tried to enter the headphone market.   I think they have moved on...one can only hope they have another go at it though.

Pataburd, u have some crazy gears...tongue.gif
Pls post more GLOWING photos if u hv the time:)
I dun have enough coffee table space to put bigger amps...337 would be amazing.
My audioGd dac has a high gain switch, great for pumping up d7ks n other low impedences.
The mids gets a good shove forward.

Think I see BCLs being sold for around 500 once a blue Monday.

Maxxx needs some cables to boost his status into the Hype executive committee...
Or is he IN already with that HOLE in One?

Yup - the initial price was like 300 something and they've been bouncing between 79 and 99 on amazon and newegg as of late

^ LoL don't even remind of the price, $79 shipped new is a damn good price, but my question is why are people on ebay so retarded. LMAO

I was hoping to score a 2nd used for like $50 or $60 but mofos bid up to $79 and has to pay like $4 extra for the shipping.

Why don't they just buy a new for that price shipped smh.

DAMN NOOBS!!!  RUINS EVERYTHING!!!
