For Sale:
SOLD HifiMan HM-801

Will Ship To: UK / UE

Second owner, purchased from Head.Fi in November 2010, under warranty. Unfortunately, due to a hardware problem (the player was unable to play any high resolution formats) I had to ship it back to China at my expense and had it replaced with a brand new, 8Gb version, a new warranty card being issued on my name, starting December 2010. On this occasion I also purchased, separately, the travel-friendly switched power supply.

Although I love the sound (and if you're reading this you probably don't need the superlative description but I do have to tell you that it is as good as they say, the best portable source I have heard to date, with a DAC giving plenty of desktop dac's a run for their money) due to size, weight, limited autonomy (less than 8 hours with a fully charged battery) and odd interface I have never used it outdoors and, at competition with my Weiss DAC202, it hasn't seen much use at home either. So in absolutely mint condition, supplied in the retail package, plus a Case Logic hard cover, the switched power supply and a 32Gb SD card filled with sample music, including some HD Tracks stuff (please buy it if you like it wink_face.gif). The amplifier card is the standard, low gain card supplied with all late models, hiss free with my JH13 Pro. However, if you want to experiment, the Game card and the new balanced card plus replacement batteries (should you want to travel with it and have a spare) are available in the official shop and on eBay. Considering my expenses and the flawless condition I am asking for XXX£ plus any Paypal / P&P fees. Cash on collection from London is also welcome.
