Since we've hijacked the GS-1 thread, I thought its about time this wonderfully versatile, clean and transparent amp got its own new thread. smile.gif

 

I mean how many amps can drive sensitive IEMs, low impedance/highly efficient dynamic headphones, high impedance headphones and orthos?

Waiting on the new upgrade modules in about a month's time. Good times! 

 

Oh and can you tell I'm a big Leaf fan?. tongue.gif

I thought it a good transition from the GS-1 thread to the GS-X thread.

Really isn't much to show but here's a start.

 

 

 

The work the vendors wont do - the painfully boring/slow task of shaving off the powdercoating burrs.  I get parts of the panels/sides masked off so that when the box is assembled, the whole thing conducts and is earthed.

Oh, a new GS-X thread.

Now I don't have to go searching around for that GS-1 thread every time.

 

Putting some serious thought into ordering one of the new amps this week. Good to hear that there is hopefully still room on the list for the first batch. At the last count Justin mentioned there being about 10 left (correct me if i'm mistaken here), so minus 2-3 at most since then?

 

Now... silver or black, that is the question.
