Thanks everyone for the interest. RMAF was a preview for the RE-600 which is also named "Songbird". Expected to launch and deliver in November.

There will be two new less expensive in-ear models to follow, hopefully by the holidays. Details to follow.

Well I for one, currently enjoying the 252,262 & 272, have certainly had my interest piqued......Wow NEW IEMS from HIFI MAN !!!!!

I hope these will sound closer to RE0 in sound character than RE262/272. If RE0 had better dynamics, it would've been almost perfect and better than RE262 and 272 IMO.

Have you also heard the RE-ZERO?  I've been under the assumption that the 272 was the natural progression, and was going to make the leap soon. I've been mistaken?

 

But after seeing this thread, I'm definitely putting that plan on hold.
